The reaction products were subjected to PCR (95 °C for 30 sec, 56 °C for 1 min, 72 °C for 2 min) for 30 cycles; the forward and reverse PCR primers specific for MMP-2 were 5′-CTGCACTGATTCTGGTCGCTC-3′ and 5′-TCAACACGATCAACATCAGGA-3′, respectively.
