After 24 h, 50 μg of cell extract was resolved by 7% or by 15% mini-SDS-PAGE, and blots were probed with polyclonal anti-CFTR (R3195, 1:2,000), monoclonal anti-Hsc70 (1:2,000), or monoclonal anti-c-Myc (9E10, 1:2,000, Sigma) antibodies.
