Single vegetal-ventral blastomeres of eight-cell stage embryos were
injected with LacZ mRNA (100 pg/embryo) and Hspa5MO2 (30 ng/embryo).
Injected embryos were collected at approximately stage 39. Embryos were
stained for LacZ and immunostained with 3G8 and 4A6 antibodies to detect
pronephric ducts and tubules. A, A , B, and B , pronephric tubules in embryos
