Inverse correlation between average CT value and GC-RMA intensity is shown in greater detail for 20 (of the 38) transcripts that had relatively high microarray signal intensities. These 20 transcripts also showed a tight correlation between input and PCR amplification (for details, see Materials and Methods) ( B ).
