Green cells behave like granulocytes and yellow/red cells behave like macrophages. The movie reflects 3 h of cell migration starting 5 min after injury located at the top right of the movie. 10 confocal planes (Z-stack) were taken each 2 min, flattened down and projected as a continuous time-lapse. A video clip is available online. Supplementary material related to this article can be found online at doi:10.1016/j.ydbio.2015.03.008.
