Video 9. Real-time responses of myeloid cells to mechanical injury: LASER melanophore ablation. Dual channel confocal time lapse of an lurp:GFP Xenopus larva after LASER melanophore ablation injury. Frames were acquired each 30 s starting 30 min after the LASER blast. Melanophore cell debris produces a red fluorescence that can be seeing at the top of the clip.
