Wtip transcripts are weakly detected in the animal pole ectoderm when
compared to the embryo hybridized with the corresponding sense probe. Animal pole is up. (C-E) Stage 18 neurulae. Wtip transcripts are detected in both neural and non-neural ectoderm.
