(C) The dorsal-ventral diameters of pa2g4 morphants, measured in relative units by an eyepiece micrometer, were significantly smaller compared to the control side of the same embryo (n=13; p<0.00001, paired t-test), whereas they were not significantly different in embryos injected with pa2g4 mRNA (n=20; p>0.05).
