(B) qPCR analysis of hemangioblast genes in stage 25 DLPs dissected from control and heat-shock noggin transgenic embryos. Fli1 is not significantly affected, whereas all of the other genes quantified show significant decreases of expression. The expression of kdr and tal1 is reduced in the DLP hemangioblasts.
