S7 Fig. Gini index defines a specific gene signature for each nonnegative matrix factorization (NMF)-predicted ectoderm region. Gini enrichment index was used to define the genes most specifically enriched in 1 of the 5 tissues predicted by NMF deconvolution (S5 Table).
