PAWS1 does not appear to affect Axin1 and β‐catenin complexes upon Wnt signalling U2OS wild‐type (WT) and PAWS1−/− (KO) cells were treated with control‐conditioned medium or Wnt3A‐conditioned medium, and the extracts (0.5 mg protein) were subjected to immunoprecipitation using antibodies against the endogenous CK1α, AXIN1 and β‐catenin antibodies or anti‐rabbit pre‐immune IgG as a control (10 μg antibodies coupled to 10 μl packed protein‐G sepharose beads).
