RNPs are underlined in red and SR domain is underlined in blue. (B) The RRM of SRp38 is 87% identical to that of the mouse SRp38 isoforms (TASR1 and TASR2). (C,D) At stage 15, SRp38 is expressed diffusely throughout the neural plate.
