Figure S2: dhrs3 suppresses the formation of pronephros. (A) The pronephros marker gene lhx1 indicated the position of the pronephros in stage 35 embryos. lhx1 was also expressed in the neural tube. (B) The expression of lhx1 in the pronephros region was enhanced by dhrs3 knockdown, suggesting that dhrs3 exerted an inhibitory role on pronephros development.
