Research Description

My lab is interested in the hormonal control of sexual development and metamorphosis.  We are also studying herbicidal and pharmaceutical pollutants and how they disrupt these processes in Xenopus tropicalis and other frog species.  We are also interested in captive breeding of frogs, and have developed a new method for the induction of spawning.
