Current Research: Pluripotent stem cells have the capacity to form any other type of cell in the body. How pluripotency is maintained in cells is not well understood, and this is the major focus of the lab. We use several approaches to this question. Specific Areas of Research: Embryology of PGCs.;Nuclear Reprogramming; Evolution of PGC Specification (Evo-Devo).
