Description: The library was prepared from 5 ug of poly A+ RNA by oligo-dT priming (5'- ACTAGTGCGGCCGCCTAGGCCTCGAGTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTV-3') and Stratascript reverse transcriptase.
