Research Description:
Laboratory of Signal Transduction We are interested in identifying and elucidating molecular mechanisms that regulate cell proliferation, cell differentiation, cell cycle, aging and developmental processes. The current topics include 1) regulatory mechanisms and functions of the MAP kinase cascade pathways, 2) identification of novel signal transduction mechanisms, 3) molecular mechanisms for life span regulation, 4) roles of protein kinases in cell cycle progression and regulation, 5) growth factor signaling mechanisms in developmental processes, 6) regulatory mechanisms for mammalian circadian clock.
