Research Description:

My Xenopus wet laboratory used to explore development of the pronephros - please see my publications for examples - that lab has now shut down so I can focus on Xenbase. My computer science group uses relational databases and ontologies to map complex developmental data into an information matrix that can be used to study the molecular underpinnings of embryonic processes.
