Data is from Acropora millepora on the Great Barrier Reef. Gene expression levels are mapped against the A. millepora transcriptome of the Matz Laboratory and either the Matz sequence IDs (isogroups) or gene symbols (Vize Laboratory) can be used as search terms.

Samples were collected from the same five colonies for all data. They were collected over an entire lunar month at each quarter moon, starting with the full moon. On each sampling date, coral was collected every four hours for 24 hours for each individual. This was all done at the average summer temperature. In addition, fragments of the same five colonies were kept at the average winter temperature and are also available.

To view expression of any gene in this enormous dataset, enter the isogroup number (just the number- leave out the 'isogroup') or gene name, and select "Add". You can add or remove specific times as needed. Isogroup numbers can be obtained via the following files or by BLAST search.
