Description: PolyA+ RNA was primed with oligo-dT primer 5'-GACTAGTTCTAGATCGCGAG CGGCCGCCCTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT-3'. cDNA was ligated to SalI adapter (5'-TCGACCCACGCGTCCG-3' and 5'-CGGACGCGTGGG-3'), digested with NotI, size fractionated in 1.1% agarose gel electrophoresis and ligated into SalI and NotI digested pCMV-SPORT6 vector.
