Library was size-selected for >1.5 kb fragments for an average insert size of 1.92 kb. Library was normalized to Cot5 with a 180-fold reduction of actin. A non-normalized version of this library is also available (NICHD_XGC_Swb1). Library was constructed by Open Biosystems (Huntsville, AL). Note: this is a Xenopus Gene Collection library.
