| Description | pCS2-HcRED1 vector was generated through PCR of the HcRED1 sequence from pCAG-HcRED1 (Addgene collection) and then ligation into XhoI/ClaI sites of pCS2-. The reporter cassette was built by PCR-amplifying 1.5kb upstream from ATG of murine (Mmu) tyrosine hydroxylase (th) promoter from the 3805-4 mTH vector (gift from Dr. R. Palmiter). Amplicon was subcloned into the EcoRI/SmaI restriction sites of pDsRED-express-N1 (Clontech). |
