(B) Prophase, (C) prometaphase, and (D) metaphase HeLa cells expressing cyclin B1-GFP were treated with Flavopiridol at time 0. Flavopiridol induced chromosome decondensation and degradation of cyclin B. At left are examples of time-lapse imaging. On the right, normalized fluorescence intensity of the GFP is plotted starting from the time of Flavopiridol addition for five cells from each stage of mitosis.
