Total RNA was extracted from the intestine of tadpoles treated with T3 for 3 or 5 days in the presence of DMSO or DBZ as shown in Fig. 4A. quantitative real-time RT-PCR was carried out for Hairy1 (A), Hairy2b (B), LGR5 (C), and IFABP (D).
