At the time of the 1st trifoliate leaf expansion, plants of PgTIP1-transgenic soybean lines N and J11, and WT were subjected to 150 mM NaCl treatment for 24 h, the genes expression patterns of GmSOD1, GmCAT1, GmPOD, GmAPX1, GmNHX1, GmSOS1, GmCLC1, GmTIP1;1, and GmTIP1:3 in (A) roots and (B) leaves were analyzed by semi-quantitative RT-PCR using a pair of gene-specific primers (listed in Table 1), which was performed at least three independent replicates, and the representative one was showed. The housekeeping gene GmActin was used as an internal control.
