Different symbols represent separate experiments. Results from separate experiments on each channel/ligand pair were combined as described in Fig. 3 A. Continuous curves are fits to the combined results for each channel activated by cGMP or cAMP using . D1/2 values and slope factors from the fits are given in Table . Channels were irradiated with 280 nm UV in the absence of ligand.
