Figure 6. Uhrf1 exhibits two phases of chromatin binding. (A) XB extract containing sperm nuclei was incubated at 21°C. Replication inhibitors, geminin (80 nM) and roscovitine, were included as shown. Chromatin was isolated at the times indicated and associated proteins detected by Western blotting.
